Torsdag 17 juni 11.00-11.30 Användning av HUBER Trumsil DSL (DrumScreenLiquid) för finsilning efter sekundär rensning - platsbesparing och bättre bioslam 17.06.2021 | Genom att använa HUBER DSL istället för eller som ett komplement till sedimenteringsbassänger kan man spara mycket plats och få betydligt bättre slamfas innan biosteget. Plats är ofta något som är kritiskt ute på ett reningsverk, speciell när antalet tillknutna abbonenter ökar utan att det finns möjlighet att expandera ytan och det innebär ofta kostsamma lösningar som t.ex. bassänger i två nivåer. Genom att ersätta sedimenteringen med mekanisk silning kan man spara yta. HUBER’s Trumsil DSL finns med mesh duk (vävd stålduk) från 0,1 mm upp till 1.0 mm eller med hålplåt (1 mm till 3 mm) i rostfritt stål eller syrafast stål. Den går även att få i Duplex för de tuffaste applikationerna i saltvatten eller industri applikationer. HUBER’s DSL kan också användas till vid sk. primärrensning där kraven på utsläpps nivåer ligger på 50% SS och 20% BOD reduktion. Vid användandet av 0,2 mm mech har vi klarat reduktion av upp till 70% SS, men det är givetvis beroende på sammansättningen på det inkommane mediet. More...

New Animation: Fully automated solar drying system for large quantities of sludge 09.06.2021 | HUBER's solar drying system evaporates up to 3 tons of water per year on one square meter of surface. We have developed a fully automated plant system that offers up to 2.5 hectares of drying surface: the system takes over the wet sludge at a transfer point and guides the dry granules until they are discharged, e.g. into containers. HUBER’s solar drying system reduces sludge by 70,000 tons per year, making it suitable for large wastewater treatment plants. Torsdag 22 april 11.00-11.30 Kaptl. 13 (Norge) Avloppsvatten från mindre tätbefolkade områden med utsläpp till mindre känsliga områden, "Anpassad rening" 22.04.2021 | Alla tätbefolkade områden-byar med mindre än 10 000 PE och som släpper ut i västerhavet (som anses vara ett mindre känsligt område) har reningsbehov. I Norge gäller att alla nya utsläpp, utsläpp som ökas markant eller reningsverk som har förändrats väsentligt måste, uppfylla kraven i kapitel. 13-8: Dess krav innebär: A: En 20% SS-reduktion eller B: max 100 mg / l SS i utsläpp beräknat som årligt medelvärde. HUBER har utvecklat bra lösningar för att uppfylla dessa speciella reningskraven. Vid anläggningar i Kaptl. 13 är kommunen ”sin egen” tillsynsmyndighet men länsstyrelsen i Norge skärper nu kraven. HUBER har levererat flera sådana anläggningar, i webinaret kommer vi att titta på hur vi löser detta från små till stora anläggningar. Det är inte heller helt ovanligt att ledningsnäten tar med sig mycket sand och sten till reningsverket. Genom att omhänderta sanden redan i inloppet i reningsverkets förbehandling minimerar man slitage- och driftproblem så mycket som möjligt, får lägre underhållskostnader och längre livslängd på alla komponenter. Onsdag 31 mars 11.00-11.30 Komplett inlopphantering för 10 000 PE på 30 kvm, är det möjligt? Givetvis! 31.03.2021 | Att bygga om inloppet är ofta en kostsam process. Många äldre reningsverk har inloppsinstallationer med galler, sandfång, rens och sandhantering med gjutna kanaler och bassänger. Detta viktiga steg i reningsverket är ofta platskrävande och en renovering eller ombyggnation blir ofta komplex och dyr, speciellt när driften skall pågå parallellt. Genom att planera med HUBERS Kompaktanläggningar (Ro5) när man projekterar nytt eller ombyggnad av inloppet kan man få ett yt-effektivt inlopp. Ett inlopp för 10 000 PE, 100l/s tar med komplett rens, sand och fetthantering behöver inte mer än 30 kvm golvyta och 5 m takhöjd. Renset får en TS ut > 35% och vi avskiljer minst 95% av all inkommande sand större än >0,2mm 05% med Ro5HD standard dim (Diskuterade alternativ som används med korn från 0,2 till 0,25mm). Eftersom anläggningen är ”stand alone” behövs inga gjutarbeten eller andra installationer, en normal industrihall räcker gott. Vi kommer köra ett Webinar där vi berättar om våra kompaktenhetslösningar. Vi har Ro5C för mindre flöden (upp till 5000 PE, (- 40 l/s: RoSF3 size 3* with 90 % of grain size 0.25 mm.) och Ro5 för större flöden (upp till 300l/s). Vi kommer lägga huvudfokus på vår Ro5 HD som hanterar mellanstora flöden och som verkligen erbjuder en yteffektiv lösning. Den går att komplettera med fettfång och sandtvätt. Det som förr var ett 50 års regn upplever vi kanske var tionde år. Vissa städer har idag kombinerade system och jobbar för att separera dessa. En lösning för dagvattnet är att anlägga blå gröna stråk i parker och annan stadsmiljö, som är tänkta att klara en översvämning. Oavsett om vi talar om bräddning av avloppsvatten från ledningsnätet eller om vi vill leda ut dagvatten i blågröna stråk eller fördröjningsdammar så har vi problem med rens och skräp som färdas med vattnet. Tisdag 1:e september 11.00 - 11.30 Hållbar slamhantering 30.08.2020 | Slammets vara eller icke vara utanför reningsverken är en fråga som gått i klassisk långbänk. Utredningen från i vintras säger att det finns två alternativ till förbud, men båda innebär att dagens användning av slam till deponitäckning eller jordförbättringsmedel ser sitt slut. Genom att först avvattna och sen torka slammet uppnås ekonomisk och arbetsmiljömässiga vinster redan idag. Är reningsverket dessutom REVAQ certifierat kan det torkade slammet spridas på odlingsmark. Nästa steg i den hållbara slamkedjan är att inte återföra de metaller, läkemedelsrester och microplaster som finns i slammet till kretsloppet, samt att återvinna den viktiga fosforn som finns i slammet. Genom att monoförbränna slammet efter torkning får man en fosforrik aska i en fraktion och metaller och andra toxiner i en annan fraktion. HUBER erbjuder en lösning med en ”gate fee” per ton avvattnat slam och kommer att kunna klara framtida krav på återvinning av fosfor genom askan.
